Spegetthi~

I did my own spegetthi.. Omg.. cant believe it
i saw how to do on a tv show (martha Sewards show)
it looks easy so i intended to make it my self.. haha..

i started by adding some flour into a tray... added eggs.. then i used a fork to stir the eggs with the flour together... stir and stir and stirr.. it is easy in the 1st place then after tat with the dough is getting heavier and heavier.. its not easy job..

after the dough is ready.. i dried it.. let it dry for a while.. then i use a machine to flatten the dough... use that machine to make the spegetthi shape also...

but to bad.. it failed.... it doesnt taste lik noodle... juz lik eatin me hoon kuey in noodle form... it also tasted lik full with boric acid which is found in the yellow noodles..i think it taste lik tat due to too much egg.. i'll try another time no worries... haha.. will upload pic if i'm free...
